About AnyBody Clinic

Our ethos

Moving well for life, not for how it looks.

Every class at AnyBody Clinic is planned with intention — built to help you move better in daily life: bending, lifting, carrying, standing tall. Function first, aesthetics second.

Our approach

Every instructor at AnyBody Clinic is trained in both mat and reformer pilates, but the real work happens in the details — how they cue, what they watch for, and how quickly they adjust the exercises to ensure they are suitable to all.

Our founders' background is in sports therapy and rehabilitation, so our approach is built on what your body actually needs — not what's trending.

We keep classes small on purpose. It's the only way to actually teach pilates rather than just lead it.

Who it's for

Anybody. Suitable for men and women, complete beginners, those with a pilates, dance, gym, or sporting background, people recovering from injury, mums to be, or those who have had children and not felt they've got back to themselves.

Your instructors

Chenoa, AnyBody Clinic founder
Studio Founder · APPI Mat & Reformer Instructor

Chenoa

Chenoa graduated in 2015 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and spent seven years working as an exercise rehabilitation instructor for the military. She trained as an APPI Matwork instructor in 2018 and went on to qualify as an APPI Reformer instructor in 2023.

Her vision for the studio: "Create a welcoming space where anybody — regardless of age, fitness level, or background — can build a stronger and healthier body and mind."

When she's not in the studio, Chenoa's usually in the mountains or in the gym lifting weights.

Jade, physiotherapist and APPI instructor at AnyBody Clinic
Physiotherapist · APPI Mat & Reformer Instructor

Jade

Jade qualified as a physiotherapist at the University of Nottingham in 2009 and has since worked across private practice and the military, bringing a wealth of clinical knowledge to every session. She's an APPI certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, so you're always in expert hands.

Jade's philosophy is simple: help people keep doing the things they love. As she puts it, "I love teaching Pilates as it combines the body and mind and enables controlled movement to help people achieve their goals."

Off the mat, Jade's just as active — running, skiing, and watching football are her go-tos!

Penny, Level 3 Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor at AnyBody Clinic
Level 3 Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor

Penny

Penny has spent more than 30 years working in the fitness industry, teaching people of all abilities, backgrounds, and fitness levels. That experience shaped a simple belief: there's no single approach to fitness that works for everyone — the best results come from finding the movement that's right for you.

As a Level 3 qualified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor, she's found Reformer Pilates to be one of the most effective ways to help people move better, get stronger, and feel more connected to their bodies. As she puts it: "Pilates isn't just about building a stronger body — it's about supporting a healthier body and a healthier mind."
